Complete renovation of an attic space in a tenement building in Československé armády 12 — from the original bare attic to a fully functional apartment.
Attic conversion in a tenement building is one of the most demanding renovations — combining structural interventions in the roof truss, new thermal insulation, complete wiring for electricity, water and heating, and final finishing work. The renovation took place in an occupied building, so we took care to minimise noise and dust for the neighbours.
