We are hiring an experienced site manager for renovations and construction projects in Prague. Leading the crew, coordinating trades, communicating with the client.

We are looking for an independent site manager who will lead our projects from preparation through delivery to handover to the client. Our projects range from apartment renovations in panel buildings, through family house shells, to facades for commercial buildings. Sites are mostly in Prague, occasionally outside (for example a project for Lesy ČR in Rumburk).

Responsibilities

What you will do
day-to-day with us.

Salary based on experience and portfolio of completed projects

Leading a crew of tradesmen (3–8 people) and coordinating subcontractors
Communication with the client (e-mail, phone, on-site meetings)
Monitoring schedules and resolving deviations in time
Quality control and project handover
Maintaining the construction logbook and photo documentation
Minor change orders within the project scope
Cooperation with managing directors on pricing and quotations

What we expect from you

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of construction management experience (renovations / shells / turnkey projects)
Orientation in project documentation and construction standards
Ability to make independent decisions and lead a team
Communication skills for client meetings
Driver licence B (occasional travel between projects)
Czech at native or C1 level

Nice to have (not required)

Construction authorisation (ČKAIT) — advantage, not a requirement
Knowledge of planning tools (MS Project, Trello, similar)
Experience with housing associations and building cooperatives
